Open up
a new world
of data analysis

Encoded deep within the immune system are answers to some of the most pressing questions in science and medicine. terraFlow is helping bring these answers to light with an intuitive, rapid, and fully automated data analysis platform.

Combinatorics

Complete and
comprehensive
cellular profiling

terraFlow is the only platform that evaluates millions of phenotypes to identify the cell types that best predict patient outcome. Our search algorithms ruthlessly eliminate noise to show you the most essential information. By combining depth and interpretability, terraFlow makes it easy to translate data into clinical discoveries.

Network Analysis

Big picture insight

terraFlow detects rare subtypes and substates that correlate to clinical outcomes like disease progression or drug response. Phenotypes are further organized into biological networks, showing you how each insight fits into a bigger picture of immune behavior.

UIX

New discoveries
in hours, not weeks

No more endless Zoom calls with bioinformaticians. Start generating new insights in five minutes or less using our fully automated dashboard. By reducing data overload and manual effort, terraFlow dramatically shortens time to discovery while keeping you in control of your analysis.

Our leadership

Dan Freeman

Chief Executive Officer

Dan is a PhD student at Harvard Medical School, where his research is focused on using artificial intelligence to map the topology of the human immune system. Since first teaching himself how to code when he should have been studying for the MCAT, Dan has been obsessed with using science and technology to hack outstanding challenges in health and society. Dan previously taught an undergraduate course called “Moonshots: Ideas and Technologies Shaping the Future of Healthcare” and helped create CUhackit, the first Major League Hackathon in South Carolina.

Pratip Chattopadhyay

Chief Scientific Officer

Pratip has a long history of performing cutting-edge immune monitoring in a wide variety of biomedical disciplines. His work aims to reveal clinically predictive biomarkers, better understand disease pathogenesis, and inform rational design of combination drug therapies. He has helped develop a number of fundamental tools in immunology research, including 30-parameter flow cytometry, Quantum Dots and Brilliant Violet dyes, as well as various bioinformatic tools. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the journal Cytometry and was Scientific Chair for CYTO2019.

terraFlow is on a mission

terraFlow is on a mission to unlock single-cell insights with an intuitive, rapid, and fully automated data analysis platform. We work with leading life sciences and healthcare organizations to power new clinical discoveries, enable high throughput diagnostics, and improve patient outcomes.
